after long procrastination with this i finally finished lol. basically i just got SAI a week ago so i wanted to get familiar with it since im use to photoshop. so with practice i did the lines and color inside SAI then took it to photoshop for background and added effects.

not quite sure how i feel about the outcome so ill leave the judgement to you guys

for anyone unfamiliar with this character, it is Cordelia aka Cory from the PS3 game Atelier Rorona.
